Born in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and now based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Alexis Chauquer is a DJ and producer known for blending infectious grooves with a deep musical foundation.
His journey began at nine years old, studying piano and music theory before moving to the drums. That early training shaped a versatile musical identity influenced by House, Rock, Reggae, Hip Hop, Rap, and Andean rhythms.
After earning residencies at his hometown’s only electronic music venue in 2007, Alexis built a reputation for reading the crowd and delivering energetic, groove-driven sets that keep dance floors moving.
With releases on House of Hustle, Olé Records, Outsiders Recordings, Dacusan Music Records, and Destino Records, Alexis continues to develop a sound that is rhythmic, driving, and built for the dance floor.
